Capital Engine
Build useful things. Keep what makes us better.
The Capital Engine is Fisidi’s approach to turning useful products, retained knowledge, and shared infrastructure into the ability to build more ambitious things.

A useful product should do two things for Fisidi: create value for the people who use it, and leave the company better equipped to build the next one. That second return might be reusable software, stronger design judgment, a clearer process, or knowledge we did not have before.
We call this approach the Capital Engine. Build something useful. Learn from delivering it. Retain the infrastructure and understanding. Reinvest the resulting resources into greater capability. The aim is for each generation of work to make the next generation easier to execute.
Shared infrastructure matters because independent products still need many of the same foundations. Identity, content publishing, design components, deployment practices, and internal tools should improve through use rather than be recreated for every project.
Each product must still justify itself to its own users. A game needs to be worth playing. A tool needs to solve a concrete problem. The wider mission does not replace the work of making something reliable and useful.
This is an operating philosophy, not a claim that every business or revenue stream already exists. Our immediate work is to strengthen the platform and the systems that support it, then carry those improvements forward into future products.
The Capital Engine page sets out the full model: how financial, technical, intellectual, human, distribution, and operational capital can reinforce one another over time.
